Job Description

1. Provide technical support:

  • Assist customers in installing, configuring and using Google Workspace tools.
  • Resolve technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions to customers.
  • Monitor and manage support requests, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

 

2. Answering customer questions:

  • Answer questions and provide details about Google Workspace features and benefits.
  • Guide customers to use tools effectively, get the most out of Google Workspace features.

 

3. Ensure customers have the best experience with the service:

  • Maintain good customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality and support.

Request

1. Good communication and customer care skills:

  • Effective listening and communication skills, able to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • Attentive customer care skills, patient and responsive in handling different situations.

 

2. Understanding of Google Workspace and IT tools:

  • Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, and Chat.
  • Basic understanding of information technology and networking.

 

3. Flexible situation handling ability:

  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Time management skills and working under pressure, able to handle multiple support requests at the same time.
